We have received communication from operators that they are planning to go-live with scrubbing on the DLT platform by October 15th 2020 with a combination of Sender ID and PE ID. If a combination of PE ID and Sender ID are not matching with the data present on the DLT database they will fail the SMS Delivery. Hence, our system will fail the SMS if PE ID is not saved in your PROFILE.
Since the operators were initially planning to go live with this by end of September we did receive this PE ID and Sender ID info from many customers. However, if you haven’t done so yet, please share your PE ID and DLT approved Sender ID with us, so that we can add this information to your enterprise accounts or you can add yourself by logging into your account and add the same in profile settings. Please ensure its done before 15th October to avoid any last minute issues.
