This is to inform you that we have disabled all invalid sender IDs from our database.
Invalid Sender IDs are those which are not TRAI guideline compliant and also those Sender IDs which contain less than 6 digits / characters or more than 6 digits / characters.
What to do next?
If your sender ID is disabled, simple edit and apply for a new sender name and make sure it is compliant with TRAI guidelines.
Or you can delete and apply a new sender name.
Sender name should be minimum and maximum 6 characters / digits.
