PHP SDK for SMS API Integration
This page provides everything you need to integrate the SMSGatewayCenter SMS API with your PHP application using our official PHP SDK. The SDK is maintained on GitHub and distributed via Packagist, allowing easy installation and updates through Composer.
Download and Install the PHP SDK
Follow the steps below to download, install, and configure the PHP SDK for seamless SMS API integration.
Step 1: Download the PHP SDK
The PHP SDK is available on Packagist and hosted on GitHub. Make sure you are logged into your GitHub account if required.

Step 2: Install the SDK Using Composer
The recommended way to install the SDK is via Composer. If Composer is not already installed, download it fromgetcomposer.org.
Navigate to your project’s root directory and run the following command:
composer require sgcsdk/sgcapi
Composer will automatically download the SDK and its dependencies into the vendor directory.
Step 3: Configure the SDK Server Host
After installation, configure the SDK to point to the SMSGatewayCenter production server.
- Open the following file in your project:
../vendor/sgcsdk/sgcapi/src/config/common/sgc_constant.php
- Locate the server host constant:
const SERVER_HOST = "http://127.0.0.1";
- Update it to the production server URL:
const SERVER_HOST = "https://unify.smsgateway.center";
Save the file once the update is complete.
Step 4: Verify the SDK Configuration
To confirm the SDK is configured correctly, run a basic test request as described in the SDK documentation. Ensure the API responses are successful before moving to production.
