- No Files Uploaded: You haven’t uploaded any files for bulk SMS campaigns yet.
- Incorrect Search Criteria: The File Name, Transaction ID, or date range you entered doesn’t match any uploaded files.
- Date Range Issue: The selected From Date and To Date don’t include the upload dates of your files (e.g., searching for May 16, 2025, but files were uploaded on May 1, 2025).

- Check Your Search Criteria:
- Go to the Search Uploaded Files section in the Uploaded Files tab.
- Verify the File Name and Transaction ID (if entered) are correct.
- Adjust the From Date and To Date to a broader range (e.g., From: May 1, 2025, To: May 16, 2025).
- Click the Reset button to clear the form and search again with different criteria.
- Upload a New File:
