Tracking your OTP activity is simple with SMSGatewayCenter! You can view and download your Integrated OTP SMS logs directly from our user-friendly interface. These logs provide detailed insights into every OTP sent, including delivery and verification statuses, making it easy to monitor and troubleshoot your campaigns.
How to Access OTP Logs: #
- Log in to your SMSGatewayCenter account.
- From the sidebar, navigate to 2 Factor Auth.
- Click on OTP SMS Logs to open the logs section.
- View your OTP SMS records in a detailed table or download them for offline analysis.
What You’ll See in the OTP Logs Table: #
The OTP SMS Logs section displays a comprehensive table with the following columns:
- ID: A unique identifier for each OTP entry.
- Mobile: The recipient’s phone number (e.g., 9197698xxxxx).
- OTP Token: The generated OTP code (e.g., 254605).
- Transaction ID: A unique ID for the transaction (often 0 if not specified).
- Expiry Time: When the OTP expires (e.g., Nov 16, 2023 19:20:22).
- Sent At: The timestamp of when the OTP was sent (e.g., Nov 16, 2023 19:15:22).
- Verified At: The timestamp of OTP verification (e.g., Nov 16, 2023 19:15:44).
- Status: Indicates if the OTP was verified (e.g., “VERIFIED” with a green checkmark) or its current state.
Downloading OTP Logs: #
To keep a record or analyze your OTP SMS data offline, simply download the logs from the interface. Look for the download option within the OTP Logs section (as shown in the screenshot below). This feature ensures you have all the data you need at your fingertips.
