The Data Profile stores contact-level data (e.g. name, phone, email, address, DOB) per user/WABA/mobile. It is used by Data Profile variables in Variable Management and by Store in variable in Ask nodes (you can save to Data Profile fields). The Data Profile link on the Workflow Manage page opens a list of all contact profiles for that workflow. Data is updated when the execution engine runs nodes that write to Data Profile (e.g. Ask nodes with Store in variable set to a Data Profile field).
