When are flow responses saved?

Responses are saved when a user completes the flow (e.g. taps the final “Done” or “Submit” button) and your system receives and stores the nfm_reply (or equivalent) payload. SMSGatewayCenter stores these in the flow responses table and displays them on the Flow responses page.
