Verify the template is approved and in the correct format. Check recipient (e.g. {{sender}} or variable) includes country code. Review API and execution logs for delivery errors. Ensure Send WhatsApp node has the correct template and variables (e.g. {{1}}, {{2}}) and that media is attached if the template requires it. Test with Test Journey or a manual test run first.
