WhatsApp Flow is a feature from Meta (WhatsApp) that lets businesses send interactive, multi-step forms inside a WhatsApp chat. When you send a message with a flow button, the user taps it and a small form or “mini-app” opens inside WhatsApp – no need to open a browser. Users can fill text, choose options, pick dates, or view images screen by screen, then submit. All data is collected and can be sent to your server or used in your automation (e.g. Workflow Builder).
