Open Fallback → Delivery Reports (Message History) to see each message’s journey across channels—submit time, delivery status, transaction ID, template used, error codes, and whether failover moved to the next channel.
What you can search by #
- Date range
- Mobile number
- Channel (SMS, WhatsApp, RCS)
- Error code
What each result shows #
- Which fallback flow (mapping name) was used.
- Each channel attempt in order.
- Delivery status and error code if failed.
- Summary counts: totals, delivered, failed, failover-assisted.
How to use it #
- After creating a flow, send test messages and check history.
- If a customer reports a missing OTP, search their mobile number.
- Compare trigger codes in your flow with codes shown in the log.
