What is the difference between Heading, Subheading, Body, and Caption?

• Heading: Main title (e.g. “Book an appointment”). Character limit applies (e.g. 80).
• Subheading: Secondary title below the heading (e.g. “Choose a date and time”).
• Body: Paragraph text (e.g. instructions). Larger character limit (e.g. 4096).
• Caption: Small hint or caption text (e.g. 409 characters).

All have Meta-defined character limits; the Edit panel shows a counter (e.g. “20 / 80”).
