How is RCS messaging charged, and where can I see my RCS rates?

RCS messages are charged from your account wallet according to your RCS rate plan. Rates can differ by country, bot and message type.

Checking your RCS rate plan #

1. Open your Profile.
2. In the RCS Attributes section, click Check RCS Rate Plan.
3. The RCS Plan Details table lists the country, bot, message type, rate and status for each entry.

The RCS Attributes section also shows your RCS billing type and whether your account is in sandbox mode.

Seeing what you spent #

• Delivery Report and Campaign List show the amount for each message and campaign.
• Campaign Summary shows the amount per campaign.
• The RCS dashboard shows total spend for a date range, split by India and international.

Before a large campaign: make sure your wallet has enough balance for the full recipient list. If you have questions about rates or billing categories, contact support.
