Workflow definitions are typically stored per user/workflow ID. Execution is tied to the connection (e.g. WABA) and agent context when the trigger runs. For Agent Transfer, you select a specific agent. To reuse the same design across WABAs or agents, clone the workflow and assign or use it in the right context, or check your product documentation for multi-WABA/agent workflow support.
