What are the “key–value” pairs in a response?

Each form field (Short Answer, Single choice, Date, etc.) has a name/key (the “Label (key)” you set). The submitted value (text, selected option id, date string, etc.) is stored under that key. The Flow responses page shows these keys and values in a table so you can see exactly what the user entered or selected.
