- The Manage screen offers filters by Media ID, WABA, and identifier. Results display identifier, description, media type, and action buttons (download/delete). Pagination shows record counts and navigation controls.
- Uploads hit the WhatsApp API using your stored credentials; on success, the library cache refreshes. Errors such as missing descriptions or wrong WABA numbers surface in the UI for quick correction.
- Tips: keep identifiers descriptive, prune obsolete assets periodically, and ensure team members refresh the page after bulk changes.
