How do I publish my flow to WhatsApp?

On the Manage page, in the Publish On Meta column: (1) Select your WhatsApp connection (WABA number) from the dropdown. (2) If the flow is Not published, click Create on Meta to send the flow to Meta. (3) When Meta Status is DRAFT, click Publish on Meta to submit for approval. After Meta approves, status becomes PUBLISHED and you can use the flow in chats (e.g. Send Flow message).
