SPAM_FAIL means your message was blocked or rejected because of spam filtering – for example it contained words that match the platform’s spam rules, or it was flagged for moderation. These messages are counted as Blocked (Spam) in reports.
Where you see it
- In A/B Test Comparator, the “Blocked (Spam)” count shows messages that failed for this reason.
- In your reports and Delivery Report, you may see a spam-related error or reason.
Why it matters
- Spam-blocked messages are typically not delivered and may not be charged.
- Adjusting your message content or checking which words triggered the filter can help reduce spam blocks.
