Failover Analytics gives a high-level view of fallback performance: how many messages used failover, delivery rates, and which channel position (1st, 2nd, 3rd) succeeded—grouped by date or by fallback flow name.

- Total sent — Messages that entered a fallback flow in the selected period.
- Total delivered — Eventually reached the recipient on some channel.
- Fallback-assisted delivery — Delivered only after moving past the first channel.
- By channel position — Success on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd step.
Breakdown table #
Group by date or by template mapping name to answer:
- Which day had the most failover-assisted deliveries?
- Which named flow performs best?
- What percentage needed the second or third channel?
Best use #
Review weekly after launching a new flow. If most deliveries happen on the 3rd channel, investigate earlier channels for template or routing issues. Pair with Delivery Reports when debugging a specific mobile number.
