Does SMSGatewayCenter validate my flow before save?

Yes. Before saving, the system checks: non-empty screens array; no screen id SUCCESS; at least one terminal screen with terminal: true and at least one with success: true; and allowed on-click-action names. If validation fails, save is rejected with an error message.
