- Access the Manage tab to filter and paginate through existing media.
- Use Media ID for precise lookups, WABA filter when managing multiple connections, and Identifier text for keyword searches.
- The results table lets you download or delete specific assets.
- “Delete” on a row removes that single asset after confirmation; the API call looks up the media ID and refreshes caches so the table reflects the removal.
- “Delete All” (the red button) purges every asset for the selected WABA number-use with care when retiring an entire library.
- The application logs uploads and deletions with user IDs, so your audit trail remains intact.
- If a deletion seems to have no effect, refresh the page or wait briefly for the cache to clear. API errors during deletion typically indicate the media no longer exists or the API endpoint is unavailable-retry or contact support.
