| Button reads “Sandbox: Deactivate to Create Bot” | Your account is in RCS Sandbox mode. Deactivate the sandbox and contact support to move to a live RCS account. |
| Bot shows “Internal approval pending” | The bot has been submitted and is under review. Bots can be used for sending only after approval. |
| Bot is approved but the template list is empty on Send RCS | The bot has no Enabled templates. Create a template under RCS Templates and wait for approval, or use Sync templates to refresh statuses. |
| The RCS menu itself is missing | RCS is not enabled on your account. Contact support or your reseller. |
