Can I edit or delete an RCS brand?

Yes. Go to RCS > My RCS Brands, find the brand (use Search brands if you have several) and use the actions on its card.

• Edit: update the brand name, website, industry, logo, contact person or address. Keep the details accurate, because they are used when your bots are verified with carriers.
• Delete: removes a brand you no longer use. If the brand has active bots linked to it, check that those bots are no longer needed or are linked to another brand before you delete it.

Logo requirements #

• Use a square logo; 224×224 px is the required size.
• If your file is larger, the built-in resize tool lets you pick the target size and crop area before applying.
• Use a clear, high-quality image of your official logo, since it is checked during verification.
