How do I change or reset my password?

Change your password (when you can log in) #

1. Go to Profile > Security > Change Password.
2. Enter your current password.
3. Enter your new password. The strength meter shows how strong it is.
4. Confirm the new password and click Change My Password.

We recommend changing your password at least once every two months.

Reset your password (if you’ve forgotten it) #

1. On the login page, click Forgot password?
2. Follow the instructions sent to your registered contact details to set a new password.

Too many wrong attempts? After several failed logins, further attempts are blocked for a while to protect your account. Wait before trying again, or reset your password instead of guessing.

After a password change #

• If you think someone else knew your old password, open Profile > Security > Connected Devices and click Logout All Others.
• Integrations that use your API key don’t use your password, so they keep working. If you think the API key was exposed too, regenerate it and update your integrations.
