Ensure workflow status is Active. Only Active workflows are run by triggers (Incoming Message, Scheduled). Check trigger configuration (keywords, schedule). Review execution logs and User State to see if the user is already in another node or if the trigger did not fire. Verify that the execution engine (e.g. WorkflowExecutor) is enabled and that incoming messages or scheduler are calling it for this workflow.
