How do I create sub-users for my team?

Sub-users are separate logins under your main account, so each team member can sign in with their own username instead of sharing yours.

Who can use this #

• The Sub-Users feature must be enabled on your account. If you see “You are not enabled with this feature”, contact our team.
• It is available on direct customer accounts, not on reseller accounts or on sub-users themselves.

Create a sub-user #

1. Go to Sub-Users > Create.
2. Enter the Username, a valid email address, the mobile number and the full name or company name.
3. Choose whether sending SMS from the panel is allowed (Is UI SMS Sending Enabled?).
4. Save. A password is generated automatically and the login details are emailed to the sub-user.

What a sub-user gets #

• The same products, payment type and login-verification (OTP) methods as your main account.
• No ability to create further sub-users.

Manage sub-users #

Go to Sub-Users > Manage to see all your sub-users. From there you can:

• Activate or deactivate a sub-user, for example when someone leaves your team.
• Update their email address and name.
• Reset their password.
