- Not published: The flow has not been sent to Meta yet. Use Create on Meta.
- DRAFT: The flow exists on Meta but is not yet approved for use. Use Publish on Meta to submit for approval.
- PUBLISHED: Meta has approved the flow; you can send it to users (e.g. via Send Flow).
Only PUBLISHED flows can be used in live messages.
