DELIVERED means your SMS was successfully delivered to the recipient (or accepted as delivered by the operator). These messages are counted as Delivered or Success in your reports.
Where you see it
- In your Delivery Report (DLR), messages that reached the recipient show as delivered.
- In reports and summaries, the “Delivered” or “Success” count is the number of messages with this outcome.
- In A/B Test Comparator and Customer Insights, the delivery rate is based on how many of your messages were delivered.
Why it matters
- Delivered messages are usually what you pay for (depending on your plan).
- Your delivery rate (delivered ÷ total sent) tells you how well your campaigns are performing.
