Telegram access is checked in layers. Each must pass before you can send or use live features.
- Product enabled — without it, the Telegram menus don’t appear at all.
- Subscription active — if not, you get the blocked screen, and API sends return a subscription error.
- UI or API permission — UI sending disabled blocks the Send Telegram page; API disabled blocks programmatic sends.
- Bot connected — sends fail until the bot token is saved and the webhook registered.
The two subscription states #
| What you see | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Subscription not enabled, badge reads Not enabled | Telegram subscription has not been turned on for your account |
| Plan expired, badge shows the expiry date | The subscription period has ended |
What is blocked, and what isn’t #
- Blocked: sending from Send Telegram, reading and managing the Inbox, templates and most live Telegram screens.
- Kept: your bot connection, templates and saved settings. Nothing is deleted, and everything resumes on renewal.
- Still readable: the Telegram documentation in the panel, so you can prepare while access is paused.
How to restore access #
- Contact support or your account manager to renew.
- Both the subscription flag and a current expiry date are needed, so ask for both to be confirmed.
- Reload the Telegram pages once renewal is done, then send a test message to yourself.
