The Delay node pauses the workflow for a set time (0–100 seconds in the config). Connect it after a message or condition when you want to wait before sending the next message or checking again. For “Wait for user reply” behaviour, use Wait for Event (action_delay with user_message mode) in the execution model instead of a simple delay.
