How do I create my first bot?

Go to My Bots in your panel and click Create Bot. Pick an industry template (Customer Support, Sales Assistant, FAQ Bot, Appointments, Order Status, or Custom), name your bot, and describe your business, audience, goals, and when it should hand off to a human. The more detail you provide, the better the AI draft in the next step.
