The search and filter tools help you find specific blocked numbers quickly. This guide covers all search and filter options.
Accessing Search and Filters #
Step 1: Open Blocked Numbers #
- Log In: Sign in to your account
- Navigate: Go to Blocked Numbers in your dashboard
- Search Panel: You’ll see a search/filter panel at the top
Search Options #
Basic Search #
Mobile Number Search:
- Find Search Box: Locate “Mobile Number” input field
- Enter Number: Type full or partial phone number
- Full number:
+919876543210 - Partial:
98765(finds all numbers containing these digits)
- Search: Click “Search” button or press Enter
- Results: List filters to show matching numbers
Search Tips:
- Search is case-insensitive
- Partial matches work
- No need to include country code in search
Filter Options #
Filter by Product #
- Find Product Filter: Locate “Product” dropdown (multi-select)
- Select Products:
- All Products: Show all entries (default)
- SMS: Show only SMS blocks
- WhatsApp: Show only WhatsApp blocks
- Voice: Show only Voice blocks
- Multiple: Select combination of products
- Apply: Click “Search” to apply filter
Example: Select “SMS” to see only numbers blocked for SMS.
Filter by Status #
- Find Status Filter: Locate “Status” dropdown
- Select Status:
- Select: Show all (default)
- Active: Show only active blocks
- Inactive: Show only inactive blocks
- Apply: Click “Search” to apply filter
Example: Select “Active” to see only currently active blocks.
Filter by Date Range #
- Find Date Filters: Locate “From Date” and “To Date” fields
- Select Dates:
- From Date: Start date for filtering
- To Date: End date for filtering
- Use date picker calendar
- Apply: Click “Search” to apply filter
Example:
- From Date: 2024-01-01
- To Date: 2024-01-31
- Shows only numbers blocked in January 2024
Combining Filters #
You can combine multiple filters for precise results:
Example 1: Find all active SMS blocks added in the last 30 days
- Product Filter: Select “SMS”
- Status Filter: Select “Active”
- Date Filter: Set to last 30 days
- Click “Search”
Example 2: Find all WhatsApp blocks for a specific number
- Mobile Number Search: Enter the number
- Product Filter: Select “WhatsApp”
- Click “Search”
Clearing Filters #
- Find Reset Button: Look for “Reset” or “Clear” button
- Click Reset: All filters and search are cleared
- Full List: Shows all blocked numbers again
Understanding Search Results #
List Columns #
Your blocked numbers list shows:
- Checkbox: Select entries for bulk operations
- ID: Unique identifier
- Product: Which products are blocked
- Mobile Number: The blocked phone number
- Timestamp: When the number was blocked
- Status: Active or Inactive
- Action: Edit/Delete options
Sorting #
- Click Column Headers: Click any column header to sort
- Sort Order:
- First click: Ascending (A-Z, 1-9)
- Second click: Descending (Z-A, 9-1)
- Sortable Columns: ID, Mobile Number, Timestamp, Status

Scenario 1: Finding a Specific Number #
Goal: Check if a number is already blocked.
Steps:
- Enter full number in Mobile Number search
- Click “Search”
- If found, it’s already blocked
- If not found, you can add it
Scenario 2: Reviewing Recent Blocks #
Goal: See numbers blocked in the last week.
Steps:
- Set “From Date” to 7 days ago
- Set “To Date” to today
- Click “Search”
- Review recent blocking activity
