1st Step: Plan Your Opt-in Group Sms Campaign
First, collect your customer and staff mobile number database and keep it ready.
2nd Step: Plan your Keyword / Sender ID / Mask
Now, decide your Keyword / Sender ID / Mask which suits your organization or your brand or products and services so that they can easily recognize when you start your optin group sms campaign. This is the keyword where your customers and staff will be using to subscribe or opt-in to receive sms messages.
3rd Step: Request to Subscribe
Now, ask your customers and staff to send an sms with your keyword to our shortcode or longcode to subscribe or opt-in to receive sms. They need to send us a given message, for example: START GROUP NAME.
4th Step: Opt-in Group Forming
Once they subscribe to your group then they will be stored in our Group Database and now you can see your group members where in you can send sms to them even if they are registered with NCPR as DND Customer.
5th Step: Start your Campaign
You are all ready to go. Yes, you can start sending your campaign to your Group Members with your campaign text messages.
Your Group Members has got all the freedom to unsubscribe from your group if your sms messages are harassing them, so send only relevant messages and do not panic them. Once in a month, we send them a default message as they can always unsubscribe from your group by sending an sms to our shortcode or longcode as STOP GROUP NAME. Then onwards, they will stop receiving sms from your group.
Note: Apart from your subscribed group, if you include other mobile numbers, will not be delivered and sms credit will be deducted. And also follow this practice fairly and do not harass with unnecessary sms messages to your group members.
