Accessing the Report #

  1. Log in to your SMSGatewayCenter dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Smart Links section and select the specific Smart Link you want to analyze.
  3. Open the Smart Link Visitors Report page for that link.

Understanding the Report Interface #

The Smart Link Visitors Report provides information about the performance of a smart link. It includes data such as the total number of opens, unique opens, and click-through rate.

The Smart Link Visitors Report consists of three key metrics:

  1. Total Opens: This metric represents the total number of times the smart link has been opened.
  2. Unique Opens: This metric represents the number of unique visitors who have opened the smart link.
  3. Click-Through Rate: This metric indicates the percentage of visitors who clicked on the smart link.

The report is designed for clarity and ease of use, with the following components:

  • Metrics Summary: View key performance metrics in dedicated info boxes:
  • Total Opens: Shows the total number of times the link was opened, with a book icon.
  • Unique Opens: Displays the number of unique visitors who opened the link, with an eye icon.
  • Click-Through Rate (CTR): Indicates the percentage of clicks, with an upward-pointing hand icon.
  • Export and Navigation:
  • Export Button: Download the report data by clicking this button.
  • Back Button: Return to the previous page.
  • Data Table: A detailed table lists visitor information, including:
  • ID: Unique identifier for each visitor.
  • Mobile: Visitor’s mobile number.
  • OS: Operating system used (e.g., Android, iOS).
  • Browser: Browser used (e.g., Chrome, Safari).
  • Device: Device type (e.g., mobile, desktop).
  • IP: Visitor’s IP address.
  • Mobile Location: Visitor’s location.
  • Mobile Operator: Visitor’s mobile operator.
  • Timestamp: Date and time of the interaction.
  • Search and Filter: Use these options to find specific data within the table (e.g., filter by OS or location).
  • Pagination: If there are many visitors, use pagination controls to navigate through table pages.
  • Status Display: Shows the number of entries currently displayed in the table for quick reference.

Steps to Use the Report #

  1. Open the Smart Link Visitors Report page as described above.
  2. Check the Metrics Summary to quickly evaluate your Smart Link’s performance (e.g., total opens, unique opens, CTR).
  3. Export the data for further analysis by clicking the Export Button, if needed.
