How do I share RCS templates with my sandbox users?

Users on an RCS Sandbox Account can’t create their own templates. As a reseller, you can make selected templates available to them for testing.

Requirements #

• Your account must have a bot set up as a sandbox bot for your users. Contact support if you don’t see sandbox options.
• Your own account must not be in sandbox mode.

Steps #

1. Go to RCS > RCS Templates and select your sandbox bot.
2. For each template you want to share, set Allow Sandbox to enabled.
3. Your sandbox users will now see these templates under RCS Templates and can test them with the Test action or from Send RCS.

Set Allow Sandbox back to disabled to stop sharing a template.

Tip: share a small, varied set (a text message, a rich card and a carousel) so users can see what RCS can do before they onboard.
