SMS Gateway Center automatically ends user panel sessions after a period of inactivity and after a maximum session lifetime. This is a deliberate security control designed to protect your account, credits, contacts, and messaging data – especially when a workstation is left unattended or a browser tab stays open on a shared device.
The platform applies these rules system-wide for all user accounts. They are not configured per individual user. Session limits are managed by platform administrator.
