Your session stays active when you use the user panel in a normal way – for example:
- Navigating between pages and menus
- Sending or scheduling messages
- Viewing reports, delivery summaries, or account details
- Saving settings or submitting forms
- Other actions that load a new page or send a request as part of your work in the dashboard
What generally does not count as activity
Some background checks run automatically while you are on a page (such as notification badges or live summary widgets). These are designed not to extend your session if you are otherwise inactive. If you leave a tab open without clicking, typing, or navigating, the idle timer still applies.
