Check which situation applies:
A. Maximum session lifetime
If you logged in in the morning and were still working in the afternoon, logout after roughly 8 hours is expected. Sign in again to start a new session.
B. Idle timeout
If you were reading a long report, on a call, or had the tab in the background without interacting with the panel, the system may treat that as inactivity.
C. Browser or network issues
Cookies blocked, private browsing restrictions, VPN changes, or switching networks can sometimes interrupt session continuity. Try a supported browser, allow cookies for your SMS Gateway Center domain, and avoid mixing multiple login sessions across browsers unless needed.
D. Multiple tabs or devices
Logging in elsewhere or clearing site data can affect your current session.
If logout happens repeatedly within a few minutes while you are actively clicking and navigating, contact support with the approximate time, browser, and whether it happens on one page or across the panel.
