How do I send an RCS campaign using Quick or Group send?

1. Go to RCS > Send RCS and open the Quick RCS or Group tab.
2. Enter a Campaign Identifier, a descriptive name that helps you find this campaign in reports later.
3. Select your Bot.
4. Choose the Time to live (TTL), which is how long delivery should be attempted (see What is TTL in RCS messaging?).
5. Add recipients:
   • Quick: enter mobile numbers with the country code, separated by commas or one per line, for example 919999999999, 918888888888. Use digits only.
   • Group: select one or more contact groups. The number of contacts is shown next to each group.
6. Under Message Build, select the template and fill in any variables. Turn on the duplicate filter if you want repeated numbers sent only once.
7. To send later, enable scheduling and pick a date and time (see How do I schedule an RCS campaign?).
8. Check the preview and click Send RCS.

After sending, track the campaign under RCS Campaign List and RCS Delivery Report.
