Yes. Besides online payment, you can pay offline by bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS or IMPS), by scanning our UPI QR code, or by depositing cash at the bank.
Where to find the bank details #
- In the panel: open Offline Payments. It lists our bank accounts with their QR codes, and the Copy Bank Info button copies the account details so you can paste them into your banking app.
- On the website: the Payments page lists the same accounts, with IFSC and SWIFT codes.
Before you pay #
- Cash deposits: add ₹295 to your total amount to cover the bank’s cash-handling charge.
- International transfers: use the SWIFT code shown for the account.
- Always copy the bank details from the panel or the Payments page, never from an old email or a message forwarded by someone else.
After you pay #
Offline payments are credited manually. Send your payment reference (UTR or transaction ID), the amount, the date and your account username to our accounts or support team so they can match the payment and add the credit.
