How do I restrict API and panel access to specific IP addresses?

IP whitelisting lets only the IP addresses you approve use your account. Go to Profile > Security > IP Whitelist. There are two separate lists.

API Whitelisted IP List #

This list restricts API calls to your own servers.

1. Under Add New IP – Whitelist API Calls, enter the Server IP that your API requests come from.
2. Enter your current password and click Whitelist My API’s IP.

Don’t know your server’s IP? Use Find Domain’s IP: enter your domain and click Find My Domain IP.

UI Whitelisted IP List #

This list restricts panel logins to your office network.

1. Under Add New IP – Whitelist UI, enter your Remote IP. The page shows Your Current Remote IP, which you can copy.
2. Enter your current password and click Whitelist My UI IP.

Important #

• Whitelist only static IP addresses. If your internet connection’s IP changes, you could lock yourself out of the panel.
• To remove an IP from either list, contact our team.
• If the add form isn’t shown, self-service whitelisting isn’t enabled on your account. Contact our team to add the IP.
• SMPP connections are whitelisted separately (see How do I whitelist my IP for SMPP connectivity?).
