Setting up link buttons #
- Each button needs a label of up to 64 characters and a full https:// URL.
- Click Add link button for more than one.
Setting up quick replies #
- Enter one label per line; each line becomes a button row.
- Fit buttons to screen: Yes is recommended.
- Hide keyboard after one tap: Yes for single-choice menus.
Troubleshooting #
- Buttons don’t appear or don’t work: link buttons need valid https URLs, and labels must be within 64 characters.
- Replies go nowhere: quick-reply taps arrive as ordinary incoming messages in your Inbox, so someone or something has to answer them.
Buttons can also be saved in a template as reply-markup JSON, or built visually here and reused.
