Go to Send Telegram. The page has three sections plus a live phone preview on the right: Recipients, Message Content, and Buttons & Keyboard.
Choosing recipients #
| Tab | Sends to | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| From Inbox (default) | One or many contacts who messaged your bot | Replies, follow-ups and broadcasts |
| Custom Recipient | One chat ID, or one phone number | A quick one-off send |
For From Inbox: set the From and To dates (today is selected by default), click Load Recipients, then search by name, username or chat ID and tick the contacts you want. Select all shown covers the visible rows only, and Load more contacts keeps your existing selections. The list shows each person once, however many messages they sent.
For Custom Recipient: enter either a numeric Chat ID (digits only, found in your Inbox or Delivery Report) or a Phone Number with country code and no plus sign or spaces. This sends to one person at a time.
Sending #
- Pick your recipients.
- Choose the Message Type and fill in its fields, or select a saved Template to pre-fill them.
- Optionally tick Add buttons or keyboard to this message.
- Check the Message Preview.
- Click Send Message.
When several inbox contacts are selected, each gets the same message, and a confirmation or warning appears at the top of the page.
Before you send: your bot must be connected, Telegram UI sending must be enabled on your account, and your subscription must be current.
