Use Miss Call Summary when you want totals rather than individual calls. It answers “how many responses did this number get?” without paging through the log.

- From Date and To Date — the period you want counted.
What it shows #
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Miss Call No | The number customers dialled |
| Total | How many missed calls it received |
| Timestamp | The period the total covers |
Results can be exported, like the logs.
How to read it #
- Compare campaigns. Run one number per advert, mailer or SMS campaign, and the summary becomes a direct response comparison.
- Find your response window. Day-by-day totals show how long responses keep coming after a campaign goes out, which tells you when to follow up.
- Spot unusual spikes. A sudden jump with no campaign behind it is worth investigating before you treat the numbers as leads.
Summary or logs? #
Use the Summary for reporting and comparison, and the Logs when you need the actual numbers to call back. The two should agree for the same date range; if they don’t, note the range and contact support.
