Your message could not be delivered because the recipient number or line is barred – for example outgoing SMS is blocked on that number, or the subscriber has restrictions that prevent receiving your message. The message is marked undeliverable.
What you can do: Remove barred numbers from your list, or use a different contact if the recipient has changed their plan or carrier.
