Preview or flow does not show my image.

Ensure the image uploaded successfully (no error, preview shown in Edit panel). If you use a URL and your version supports it, the URL must be accessible from the user’s device. For option images in choices, ensure each option’s image is uploaded and saved (Apply). Clear cache and try again; if it still fails, re-upload the image.
