Keep flows short and clear. #
Use fewer screens (e.g. 3–5) and fewer fields per screen to reduce drop-off. Use clear headings and button text (e.g. “Next”, “Submit”).
Use the right category. #
Choose the Meta category that matches your use case (e.g. APPOINTMENT_BOOKING for booking) to avoid rejection and improve approval.
Test with Preview before publishing. #
Use Preview (iOS/Android, light/dark) to check layout, text length, and navigation. Fix issues before Save and Create on Meta / Publish on Meta.
Save and export backups. #
Save often. Use Export Flow JSON to keep a backup of important flows. Use Import from JSON to restore or duplicate.
Use Required only when needed. #
Mark fields as Required only if they are mandatory. Too many required fields can frustrate users and increase abandonment.
Optimize images. #
Resize images to stay under 300 KB and use JPEG or PNG so uploads succeed and flows load quickly.
Check Flow responses regularly. #
Use the View link in the Responses column to monitor submissions and ensure data is stored correctly. Use this for support and analytics.
