Multi-Channel Fallback must be turned on for your user account by your platform administrator (Failover / master failover flag). If it is not enabled, the Fallback menu shows an information screen asking you to contact Sales.
Checklist before you can create flows #
- Failover enabled on your user account (admin setting).
- At least two channels (SMS, WhatsApp, or RCS) licensed and allowed for your login.
- Approved templates ready for each channel you plan to use.
- Failover service configured on the platform (handled by your provider if you see a “service not configured” message).
What to do as a user #
- Log in and open Fallback.
- If you see “Not enabled on your account,” contact your Sales or account administrator.
- Ask them to enable Failover and confirm SMS, WhatsApp, and/or RCS are assigned to your user.
- Once enabled, return to Fallback → Template Mapping → Create.
