- Keep message meaning consistent across SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS.
- Map variables explicitly when placeholder names differ between channels.
- Use clear flow names so your team knows which API or campaign uses which mapping.
- Leave trigger codes empty for maximum OTP coverage unless you need specific failure-only failover.
- Disable instead of delete when updating templates—you can re-enable quickly.
- Check Delivery Reports for a few real sends after launch.
- Review Analytics weekly to spot channels that rarely deliver on the first try.
- Use Preview on the manage list when all templates are selected to verify mobile appearance.
