What is an RCS Brand and how do I create one?

An RCS Brand stores your business identity: brand name, website, industry, logo, contact person and company address. Every RCS bot you register must be linked to a brand, and carriers use these details when they verify your sender.

How to create a brand #

1. Go to RCS > My RCS Brands and click Add Brand.
2. Brand Information: enter the Brand Name, Official Brand Website, Industry type and Brand logo (a square image, 224×224 px). If your image is larger, the resize tool lets you crop it to size.
3. Contact Person Details: enter the first name, last name, designation, mobile number (with country code, for example 919619141191) and email ID.
4. Company Address: enter the address line(s), city, state/province/region, country and ZIP/postal code.
5. Click Submit.

Your new brand appears in the brand list, showing its industry, contact, location, website and the number of bots linked to it. From there you can Edit, Delete or Create Bot directly.

Tips for faster verification #

• Use your registered business name and the official website that matches it.
• Give a working contact email and mobile number. Carriers may contact you during verification.
• Create more than one brand only if you run genuinely separate business identities.

Note: brands cannot be created while an RCS Sandbox Account is active.
