Each brand in RCS > My RCS Brands shows a status:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Internal approval pending | Your brand has been submitted and is being reviewed. You can’t register bots under it yet. |
| Unverified | The brand exists but has not yet been verified. |
| Verified | The brand is approved. You can now register RCS bots under it. |
Why can’t I create a bot? #
You need at least one verified brand before applying for a bot. If you see the message “You need at least one verified brand before applying for a bot”, open My RCS Brands and check the status of your brand. If it stays pending for a long time, contact support.
